  Regarding the above subject, I went to Windows Live Help and it is suggested that I uninstall any 3rd part Internet utilities, antivirus, and firewall programs.  There is a series of steps to follow. The 2nd step is uninstall any 3rd party download accelerator software.  What is an accelerator software?  My email address is cynlady@msn.com.  If somone could please help me I would really appreciate it.  Thank you
