Contract Service Level - Change from Gold, Silver and Bronze RRS feed

  • Hi,

    i am trying to change the service levels from Gold Silver and Bronze to differnt names 2 Hour, 3 Hour 4 Hour. how to i chance this??

    i am on the field: Contract Service Level of Contract template, but all the boxes are greyed out and unable to change the values.

  • Settings -> Customizations -> Customize the System

    Expand Entities

    Expand Contract 

    Select Fields

    Select "contractservicelevelcode: - Service Level

    Click the option (Gold, Silver, etc...) and change the Label

    Save and Publish

    I have made the change, but when i go to create a new contract template:New i still have the contract service level as Gold Silver Bronze

  • Interesting - I just tested this in an Online environment and saw the same behavior - not only on that field but also the Billing Frequency.

    I wonder if this is a bug of some sort or expected behavior....

  • After a little searching - it appears this might not be changeable at the template level - found this thread - it was related to CRM 4.0 but I'm guessing still applies:

    CRM 4.0: Can't update the Contract Template's "Service Level" attribute

  • Right - changes fine in the actual Contract form just not in the Template
