Create Email notification for any customer case activity RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I would like to add a email notification and triggered when the Notes field is updated in the Case Entity

    Version of CRM is 2011

    You can achieve this by a simple workflow.

    Create a workflow on Note entity and check if the Regarding(Case) contains data and send the email. Like below:
