Microsoft Exchange is Unavailable

  Could someone please help.  The company I worked for went became bankrupt and part of my settlement (as they had no money to pay me what they owed me) was to keep my laptop.

   

  The problem is that I don't have access to outlook because I am not connected to their exchange server when I open the application.  The company is now gone and therefore I have no one to contact to help me with this IT issue.

   

  I desperately need to access my old emails and contacts.  Is there anything I can do?
