Where to ask a newb question. pasting a copied list, in field that only accepts a single entry RRS feed

    I'm at work, using a program to edit shipments. Each shipment is identified by a shipment number. The program I'm using has a little box, in which I can type or paste a shipment# into, and press enter. When I press enter, the program adds the shipment # to a list. This allows me to edit a bunch of shipments at once. The problem is that I can only enter one shipment # at-a-time. I have hundreds of shipment numbers on this XLS. Is there a way to copy a list of numbers, and then train the computer to enter them all into this program, one-at-a-time? Keep in mind, that to enter each shipment #, I have to press enter.
