    Hi,

    we are currently evaluating Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and still have a question regarding the authentication options of the provided iOS application. 

    We do need a two factor authentication and want to implement a setup which looks approximately like this:

    1. Hand over a certificate to our gateway (Netscaler) in the DMZ.
    2. User authentication with a SAML Token over SecureAuth (or AD FS if really needed).

    Every iPad has several certificates saved and we need to forward the correct one. 

    Is this possible with the offered CRM 2013 App?

    Hi,

    in the meantime we had a call with the Microsoft development team in Redmond and they told us that this is working. The important thing is that your identity provider is supporting SW-trust and SW-federation.
