Hi all!
I have a list of incidents in the Outlook client. I'm able to right-click a incident, create an email with the regarding field set to the given case:

Now, the email form loads and the set regarding - field is already populated. However there's no emailaddress filled in:

I guess this is because even though the incident is email-enabled there's no default email address field to retrieve the email address from as the incident entity is not email enabled. Is there any way to get around this limitation?
