    hi,sir

     i have a travel website(http://www.chinahighlights.com). Initially it had good ranking in msn but now it was banned by msn search engine.

    Can you please advice me what is the reason for this?

    and please aslo advice me what should i do with my site. What kind of changes should i do on my website?

    and i submit webmaster for msn,and get some info:


    Website address: www.chinahighlights.com Indexed pages: 41,500
    Last crawled: 0/0/0000 Blocked: No
    Domain rank: N/A

    and indexed pages number has changing.

    can you give me some advice

    So...  in some cases we had some issues validating sites and there was a issue a while back with the URL submission tool.  These fixes are now in place.   If you are still experiencing these issues I recomend that you read our indexing guidelines  Also check in the webmaster tools to see if you are blocked.

    There can be a number of reasons a site may or may not perform well, but I did a quick query with the terms: 

     

    China Highlights travel

     

    Your site came up as the first entry in Live Search.  

     

    http://search.live.com/results.aspx?q=China+Highlights+travel&form=QBRE

     

    The webmaster tools is not reporting you as not blocked or banned.   I am also seeing that you were last crawled on 11/15/2007.   I will check and see if this was an error on our part that is shows 0/0/0000 as your last crawl date on the webmaster tools.

    1.why msn index our site:hotel.chinahighlights.com?

    2.when i use site:hotel.chinahighlights.com find 7090 pages in msn,but use site:www.chinahighlighs.com but no find?why msn bot choose my chirld domain(hotel.chinahighilghts. com)?how can i do let my site in msn used www.chinahighligthts.com  domain name

    Hi,

    I got the same problem with: www.lyricsmania.com

     

    The tool says:

    Website status

    Website address: www.lyricsmania.com Indexed pages: 3,650
    Last crawled: 0/0/0000 Blocked: No
    Domain rank: N/A

     

    when I try to do: site:www.lyricsmania.com I get no results (neither the home page)

    Why Tool says 3650 indexed pages and any page is listed in any search result?

    I'm definitely banned?

    Hi,

    any news?

    Webmaster tool continues to indicate about 4000 Indexed pages but when i try site:www.lyricsmania.com I get 0 pages

    Moreover tool seems not to work properly

     

    Last crawled: 0/0/0000 Blocked: No
    Domain rank: N/A

     

    I understand my website is not blocked (as you say) but there's not a page indexed in LIVE

    I checked my site at webmaster.live.com and got the following result:

    Website status

    Website address: www.easytourchina.com Indexed pages: 435
    Last crawled: 0000-0-0 Blocked: No
    Domain rank: N/A

     

    It is absolutely the same situation like the above sites. And our site didn't use robot.txt in any directories to stop the spider to crawl my site. But when we searched site:www.easytourchina.com, there is no page indexed. Anyway, I am quite relieved my site was not blocked by MSN.

     

    Hi, Jeremiah, I found that the problem for chinahighlights.com has been solved. Can you please kindly check the issue for us as we haven't got any visits from MSN for quite a while. Thanks very much in advance.

    Yes we found the issues and are correcting the problem.  We will have a fix in place soon.  Sorry for any inconvience this is causing you. I will update this thread when the fix is out.

    i am having the same problem with www.boconline.com please look into this as well. this site has been around since 1996 and use to be ranked #1 in business opportunity sites on MSN now it is not listed at all.......please help

    I just saw this post. The fix is working, Our missing pages are back and indexed at the same positions as two months ago when they last appeared. It looks like I was told by Microsoft Global Escalations to post here about the same time you made this post. Glad you guys are getting it worked out.

    Unfortunately we're experiencing this issue again.

    Last crawled: 0/0/0000 Blocked: No
    Domain rank: N/A

     

    The website seems not to be blocked and to have 5480 indexed pages but I cannot see anyone of them.

    With site:www.lyricsmania.com I get no results.

    I'm pretty sure we're respecting Guidelines

    We have a website, http://www.jewelrypayless.com that has apparently been banned for over a year now for unknown reasons. We rank well in yahoo and have a presence on google. We have been corresponding with MSN support for some time now and all we get is continuing attempts to resubmit our site to no avail. Please help us understand what we can be done to be reincluded.
