When I go to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/ I am logged in as Karl Mitschke.
I then click the "Forums" link at the top of the screen, and my browser goes through a looping phase of login.live.com and social.technet.microsoft.com, and finally comes up with the error:

- The site may not be a member of the Windows Live Network

- You can sign in or sign up at other sites on the Windows Live Network, or try again later at this site.

Opera (YUK) orks fine, as does running IE-10 as an administrator.
I've tried running IE 10 with no add-ons, and that didn't help.
Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just my PC?
