As I replied to your other post elsewhere – MS no longer replaces counterfeits for free.

You will have to revert to the original operating system that came with your PC – using their Recovery system or media.
You should be able to order the media direct from Acer.

You’re out of luck – MS no longer replaces counterfeits for free.

For what version and edition of Windows is your computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?

You can (probably) still order a set of disks from Acer for this machine to return it to its original ex-factory state.

  • "After we receive the information, if you have inadvertently purchased Microsoft Office or Windows software that is counterfeit, we will send you a complimentary replacement. Because the version of Windows you are running on your PC is no longer available, your complimentary software replacement kit will contain Windows 7. Check to see if your PC can run Windows 7."

Note: A full installation of Windows 7 will be required after you receive your kit."

The machine almost certainly came with Windows pre-installed by the manufacturer (AFAIK, Acer do not sell ‘blank’ machines)

  • Please see Acer Recovery Media Purchase Program if you wish to obtain discs to reinstall the Windows operating system that originally came with your Acer PC.
