This accumulation process of recognition stopped? RRS feed

  • Hi All

    Can anyone tell me if you have noticed that the process of accumulation points of recognition has stopped?

    In my case it stopped since yesterday at noon. I realize that my email messages have come in response post approval for whom asked the question in forum also some examples rating grades.

    But none of this has moved the indicator accumulated. What is going on?

  • There is currently an issue with the achievements and recognition system.  TechNet has a 24-hour SLA in regards to that portion of the system, but typically try to have it updated within 10 hours.

    Thank you for responding, but I think this time the delay exceeds 24 hours. However if in the course of the day I shall solve this. Otherwise more than one delay is happening.

  • The last update to recent activity I've seen (and thus to points and achievements) was about 18 hours ago.

  • Thanks for confirming Jaime. Activities and points should now be caught back up. The achievement processing queue still has a few things left to do before it's caught up but that should only be another few minutes.
