I currently have a OneCare free trial and i have an activation code that i just recently opened today, but it says that my current product code is already currently in use. I know whats the problem but i jsut dont know how to resolve it. I ended up having to uninstall my other onecare subscription because i already had a free trail to add my activation code but it was currently lost until today so it ran out of time and my only option was to uninstall. Before i uninstalled i had entered the product code on the website and now whenever i enter my product code and try to activate my free trail into a real account it says it is currently in use and i dont no what to do because i had entered the code right after uninstalling thinking that it would reinstall on my computer after i uninstalled it. Now i dont no what to do. Somone help me please!
