  Okay, I guess I am just totally illiterate because I cannot do this on line I have tried for 9 days.

   

  When I go to the billing link it tells me I have no account.  I have a password and sign on... I can't find how to do a billing.  I do not want to subscribe to MSN nothing I have DSL and am satisified with my carrier I just wanted to renew my software for security.  I cannot find a phone number, my subscription expired and  this is the only think I can find.  I am not a happy camper.  I  need someone to tel me how to pay or I am going to change to something else.
