Another way is to go to the shared music folder, right click the folder and map network drive, choose a drive letter. Then go into iTunes, and choose add new folder, then navigate to the shared drive and choose the drive for all music, or specific folder.
Keeping the drive letter in mind also comes in handy if you want to copy your library files to another PC on the network with WHS and set-up the same exact mapped network drive, you won't have to redo all the finding music mess in itunes, and it keeps the libraries more responsive because the computer locally houses all the album art and library info, while the network is only used for playing the music files.
