    it depends on what kind of IT Pro you want to become. Do you want to become a server administrator, database administrator, SharePoint administrator, etc.?

    As above, you need to first decide what area of I.T. you want to work in and get certified in and then take it from there, a great place to look is on the microsoft learning page, http://www.microsoft.com/learning
