You are attempting to install Windows Xp Pro to your HP computer using a Dell OS Reinstallation CD.
This is not permitted by the End User Licensing Agreement (EULA). The product activation system is preventing you from doing this.
If you need to install XP onto your HP computer, please use the Recovery/Reinstallation media or method supplied by HP with the computer.
If you do not have the CDs or the recovery partition, please order CDs from HP here (scroll down to "CD-ROM order page - Recovery Discs"):
