Export / Import Entity : Associated View columns mixed up RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a custom entity called supply deal volume. This entity has two attributes: Volume (int) and volume unit (picklist). Those attribute are added to the associated view. On my development machine everything is all right, but when I import the customizations into our production server the volume and the volume unit field get mixed up. The system shows under volume column the picklist value of volume unit.

    See screenshot

The following things I have done to solve this issue:

    ·         Removed the columns from the associated view and added them again

    ·         Check the generated export .xml document

    ·         Added and removed the custom enity and import it again.

When I remove the volume unit from the associated view, the correct volume is shown in de volume column, but when I put them back together again, they get mixed up.

Anyone got any idea what is causing it?

  • Thanks for your reply. I must have overlooked that article. Our production server hasn't got any updates installed. I'll try update rollup 2.
