Backup does not work

Every time One Care Tuneup gets to Backup the computer crashes and get the message BAD_POOL_HEADER w/ tech. Info 0X00000019 (0X00000020, 0X1A88960, 0X1A88980, 0X0c040601). How can I fix this?
