Since Live Mesh installs a driver for use with Remote Desktop connections, there certainly would seem to be a relationship. You can try disabling the Live Mesh curtain driver if you do not use this functionality. I'd also suggest making sure that your regular video drivers are up to date.

Note that you probably won't get a response to the bug report, though. It will be transferred to the internal system to be assigned to the appropriate development group.
