Unlock TechNet Contribution

Question
-
Hi,
I have a TechNet contribtuion "Windows 10 Upgrade GUI" which was unpublished and locked by an administrator, because the download it offered was being falsely flagged by AV's.
I have now remediated this and uploaded the new files which do not get falsely flagged.
However, I cannot publish it because it remains locked, and the option to 'Contact a site administrator" links to the email "tngadmin@microsoft.com" which instantly bounces back because only internal microsoft address can send to it.
Please could a MS admin review this / get in contact and ideally unlock this contribution. I would rather not have to create a fresh one and lose the stats.
Thank you,

I'd try using the TechNet Web Site Support and Feedback links found here.
