Question about email in CRM RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I would like to automatic save emails received on specific email support@cronus.com to CRM.
    support@cronus.com is a helpdesk mailbox. That's mean nobody is using this mailbox with Outlook.

    Plus, if this email as a crm contact in copy, i would like to automaticly attach the email to the contact activity.

    Is it possible ? How ?
    I usually use Outlook and the CRM Client to track email. This case is different because support@cronus.com not used with Office Outlook.
