Synchronization between Office 365 admin portal and CRM online RRS feed

  • I recently removed license from one of the Global Admin from Office 365 Portal for CRM online 2013.

    The Admin user was still able to login to the CRM online, however they only had access to the Settings.

    I gave back license to the Global Admin again and saved everything.  Waited for at least 1 hour.  The Golbal Admin still able to see only the Settings on CRM online.

    When I tried to change the Access Mode to Read-Write on the CRM online admin section.  It says the user doesn't have license. This is incorrect because  I did gave the user license back on the Office 365 Portal.

    How long does it take to synchronize between the Office 365 admin portal and CRM online?

    Any suggestions or help will be appreciated.

  • First of all, the sync will take at most 2 hours.

    Second, from your description, I think you can check the following setting:

    1. Go to portal->Service Settings

    2. CRM Settings->Manage CRM Settings->Edit

    See if there is any security group existed, if yes, move the security group then save, try to remove and add the license again.
