Outlook Issues - Blank Folders RRS feed

  • We have a couple of users using the CRM 4.0 outlook client pointed to our production (version 4) crm environment.

    We also have a testing environment for our eventual upgrade to CRM 2011. Both versions are on the latest rollups available for the respective versions. Users were able to change configuration using the 4.0 outlook client to point to the CRM 2011 environment and vice versa. However recently some users are noticing after switching back the folders are blank in the outlook client.

    Anyone seen this before?
