Can't read product key and RRS feed

    Hi Can't read my product key as it is worn on the back of my laptop, the hard drive has failed and now trying to install a new SSD drive. How do i get a copy of the key so I can download a copy onto a USB (no disc drive)

    Put simply - the COA sticker is the ONLY record of your Product Key, so you have no chance of getting it back if you can't retrieve it from there.

    You should use the manufacturer's Recovery media for the reinstall, which will contain their own Key and licenses to allow OEM Activation.
