reg:- MCTS 70-573 completed how to get certificate.

Hi,

I have passed MCTS 70-573 certificatiojn for sharepoint. I recieved mails from microsoft about to access MCP site with MC code and access code. however when I try to loging it gives me details incorrect error. What might be reason? Whom to contact in such cases?

Hi,

The certificates are not sent to you via mail anymore, you need to download them and print them yourself or you can organise from the MCP website.

If you're having issues logging in to the MCP website (https://mcp.microsoft.com) after your MC ID has been sent to you via email, contact your Microsoft Regional Support Centre. The contact details are here: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/help.aspx

You can also send them an email at MCHelp@microsoft.com
