Unable to recall from outlook RRS feed

    My outlook has a limited green menu.  New, reply, delete, archive, move to, and categories. How do I recall. How can I get a normal ribbon.

    You should ask in the Microsoft Office Outlook Community Forums.

    As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.
