  • Dear Moses raj,

Thank you for your interest in the Buy Local program. It appears that you are not eligible for the following reasons:

    1. You are running Windows XP. The offer you attempted to redeem is only available for systems running Windows Vista.
    2. You are running a Volume License version of Windows. Volume License versions are not eligible for these offers.
    3. You are outside the United States. These offers are only available for systems purchased through companies in the US (www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible).

In addition, it appears that your copy of Microsoft Office Professional 2003 is not a licensed copy, also as indicated in your diagnostic report:

Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2

Please remove this copy of Microsoft Office and install a licensed copy.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or comments.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer
