    I HAVE A DELL COMPUTER  WITH WINDOWS VISTA .I HAS BEEN SET BACK TO FACTORY SETTINGS AN IM TRYING TO GET IT BACK TO WINDOWS VISTA WITH THE SERVICE PAKS ,BUT ITS NOT LETTING ME INSTALL THEM PLEASE HELP

    I'd ask in the Windows Vista forum on Microsoft Community.

    As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

    Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'
