How to change Users Timezone? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Sometimes You see TimeZone setting in CRM 4.0 Personal Options General tab, sometimes You don't. Now I need to change Users Timezone but I cant see the TimeZone dropdown list in Users Personal options. How can I make the field visible, or is there other way to change the Users TimeZone? And why the TimeZone Dropdown is sometimes visible, sometimes not?

  • Found the answer my self. You can see the TimeZone dropdown box in CRM IE only if You haven't opened Outlook (with Outlook Client) first. You must first shut down Outlook and then look Personal Options from CRM IE. Then You can see the TimeZone setting and change it if needed.
