    Hi Guys

    I am doing some IFD testing but would like to change the URL from https://<orgname>.crm.domain.com to https://crm.domain.com/<orgname>

    I know that it is possible, I was just wondering if anyone out there had implemented this or knows how to carry out the task

    Hi Allan,

    sorry, that isn't possible. With IFD you must use https://<orgname>.domain.com.

    Thanks for your reply, however I have seen it work and so there must be a way to do it, maybe not in CRM directly but maybe through a DNS alias or similar

    https://crm.domain.com/<orgname>  would be none IFD.

    and you would get the windows log on box and not the nice IFD FBA page.

    You can do this with a firewall by having the firewall connect to the crm server with it's own internal ip for eg.

    with ISA you custimiza a FBA page to pass the login back to crm.
