Passed 70-480 HTML5 certification, Received MCID but no access code. RRS feed

    Hi Team,

    I have successfully passed 70-480 exam on (23rd May 2015) and received congrats mail from microsoft team. I also got MCID , but no access code; as in mail I successfully login into mcp portal but portal home page displayed an error as below

    Sorry! We are unable to provide access to the benefits and exams dashboard (formerly known as ‘member site’) because the login you used is not currently associated with successful exam completion. This could be due to one of these situations:
    1. Exam information may not have been sent yet to Microsoft from the appropriate Exam Delivery Provider. Please allow up to 7 days for this to occur.
    2. You may have previously signed in and created a duplicate profile on  microsoft learning portal 

    For assistance, please contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center.

    Can I able to solve issue online or should I need to contact Microsoft Regional Service Center ? Does anyone had this issue before ? Please help for resolving issue.

    This issues is not so rare. I didn't have problem personaly but 3 of my colleagues had this issue (3 our of 8 of MPCs at our comany). I remeber that one of them had diffrent account info from exam info (he had Microsoft account where name was ending with a 'C' and he registered exam with his name ending with 'Ć'). Other two wrote email to support and got email with access code.
