MS one Care crash my comp. RRS feed

  • Hi, I installed MS One Care for the free trial period & have had some problems with 1 Care,so I tried to uninstall it & I cant get my comp start. But when I put my H/Drive in a Ultra External Drive & use my notebook I can see My drive & see my - :C & :D partions. What happens is when I boot up it say's that it cant see the drive? How can I remove 1 Care when I have my drive in EXternal mode? AS I said I can read & see ny :C  :D partion's. Eany help will be helpful Thanks

  • I moved your post from the off topic forum that you posted to.
    Since OneCare was experiencing problems causing you to want to remove it, I suspect that there were pre-existing issues or there was other security software still installed. An uninstall of OneCare should not render the PC un-bootable.
    You will probably need to perform a repair install of Windows at this point. if you are using Vista, insert the Vista DVD and boot from the DVD, selecting the repair option to see if that fixes it.
