ISSUE: Unusable hostnames listed in Azure Hands-On Labs.
RESOURCE: The hands on labs are accessible through: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/ > Training > Hands-On Labs
DESCRIPTION: Please see the following issue description from facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/azureusergroupunofficial/
Has anyone had success working with the labsondemand hosts? It asks to download the RDP file and the hostname is @lab.CloudResourceGroup(769).Name.southcentralus.cloudapp.azure.com,
but RDP complains...
Is there a workaround?
Simon
CardI've had problems accessing them through corporate firewalls in the past. Try accessing from home on a personal laptop to confirm if that's the issue.
Simon
CardFYI: Ran up the lab and I have the same hostname listed (@lab.CloudResourceGroup(769).Name.southcentralus.cloudapp.azure.com)
and can't connect either, because of unexpected characters in the hostname.
