  • Question

  • Hi guys

CRM 2013, syncing mailbox with server side sync. It just fails completely for this one user. We've tracked it down to this particular error in the trace logs:

    >Exchange sync worker for the mailbox is failed/terminated : {mailbox-guid}. Exception details : Unhandled Exception: System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added.

  • Did you find a resolution to this? In our case the user with the issue is also the owner of many of the Business Workflows, so I'm thinking they may be related or there bad data in one item it is trying to sync.

  • yep all fixed I think :)

    what's your problem?

We could see EWS errors in the trace logs. I could pull all the data fine from the user's mailbox using the EWS API, but we turned on debug tracing on EWS and found a corrupt calendar item. Once we removed it, the issue was resolved. (Microsoft had to debug the EWS traces).

  • Thanks, I'll start by looking for corrupt calendar items.
