Need management contact info for unresolved problem (began in Oct 2007) RRS feed

    I am trying to get in touch with someone in upper level management regarding the terrible customer service I have received (including being hung up on twice by managers) from xbox customer support center and finally get my problem resolved which I've been calling about since October 2007.  Everytime I call in to see if my issue has been resolved, I get put on hold or the manager says they will take care of the problem by "escalating" my issue and someone will contact me.  Nobody ever does.  I'm really confused as to why my issue can't be resolved since the problem was caused by xbox.  

     

    I am requesting the direct contact information of someone in Microsoft who oversees the xbox department since nobody within customer service helps me.
