How to create a tag cloud using Content query web part in sharepoint 2010

  Hi all

  i an new to sharepoint.i have a requirement where i have to create a tag cloud for all  documents  available in my site collection. I have tried it with XSLT transformation by creating a template to do so in itemstyle.xsl and contentquerymain.xsl.Can anyone please explain how to achieve this using CQWP.
