  • My Virgin anti virus software has identified this virus on my computer but says it has deleted it as it cannor place it in quarantine. DO i need a tool from Microsoft to delete this.

  • You are off topic in this forum which is for the discussion of Windows Live One Care. If your antivirus software has deleted the trojan you don't need to take any further action. If you are unsure of the trojan being removed you can use an online scanner to check your system.
