Automate the opening of accounts in new window when working through marketing lists RRS feed

    Hello

    We've just updated to Dynamics 13. 

    Going through our marketing lists, which we use to review individual accounts to see who needs a phone call etc each month, CRM used to open an account in a new window, meaning when the account was closed, you would be able to go straight back to where you were in the ML page. 

    Following the update, we aren't able to go straight back to the ML we were working on, instead we're having to re-select the ML we were working on and find where we were upto. Sometimes it lets us right click over the account name to open in new window, however it doesn't do this all of the time.

    Hello,

    You can suggest use to execute rightclick on the list item and choose open in new window in popup menu.

    Hello Andrii

    Thank you for your response, I am able to right click to open in a new window, but colleagues are not, with the same settings & privileges.

    This is all through the Outlook client.
