Error while creating new notes in CRM 2013 RRS feed

    Hi all,

    I am getting error(the specified record type does not exist in microsoft dynamics CRM) when i click on new button in notes entity in CRM 2013.

    i created new trial version of CRM 2013 to verify if the same error is appeared or not.

    same in trail version too.!!!!!!!!!!

    Could anyone suggest me what to do with this

    If this happens in the new trial without any customizations and using the system administrator security role, then you should open a ticket with Microsoft.

    How are you trying no add the note? Adding a note in CRM 2013 is now through the social pane. I am able to do it. Please check your security role and privileges.
