(sunil singhal ,Rajesh Kanna ,Abhijeet Jain)seems to be fraudulent.All of them were not there in even 1 of the following list::
1. the winner of Imagine Cup
2.MS project winners
3.Not even in top 100 of frums
4.Not a single white paper posted(allaudeen an exception ,and prashant has a few long long ago)
5.Not the quiz toppers either.
ADMINS compare the last month charts of ranks with the present.
COMPARE REFERRALS MAINLY.
But one can participate in forums and get points.Because it was like more u r active in forums more ur rank will be.Harshil is the proof(435 answers!!).So he is the topper.

I completely agree with you Anusha.
I also agree that i did fake referrals during the start of the contest, and hence i reached rank 1 at that time. But the admins caught me, and deleted all the points for the referrals even the genuine ones. After the removal of the points my rank slipped down to about 6-7th rank. But since then i haven't done any cheating, and i have taken part in the forums, quizzes, whitepapers and also webcasts actively. And then suddenly admins gave back my points for the referrals, deducting the ones that they felt were fake. And i got back to rank 1. So what ever points i have right now are all genuine. Even after removing all the points for the referrals (the genuine ones) i am damn sure i will still be in top 3 or 5. I have got 1000 points for forums and quiz for each and every month since the start of the contest. and that makes me still stay on the top.
And thanks Anusha for feeling that i deserve the place that i am. I really feel happy when someone says that.
Now back to the point. The admins should take care about the people who are doing the fake activities, There are about 8-9 persons who wasn't even in the ranklist's first 2-3 pages earlier, and now they are in page 1. And the most important thing is that their rank increased while there was no points being awarded.
And Anusha, do you really thing we should name out the persons whom we feel are cheating so that it will be less work for the admins ? If so then we all will start voting

If you want your words to reach more people, just post a link to your (this) thread over here in this following thread : " Post the link to new Threads here..." People who are subscribed to that thread will get alerts, and will surely give their views on the same.
If you dont do in 1-2 days, then ill take the opportunity to do the same

Nice list displayed Bhogi. You surely aint a cheater, you just started while the contest is going to end. Even if you cheat from today, and reach the top the admins will surely come to know about it. But i like your spirit in this contest, even though you joined the contest in the last few days, you are trying to take part in the forum discussions This is just the beginning, this forums get addictive sometimes
My modem got burnt up and so i was not able to login to the internet for 2-3 days, and at that time i realized how much i miss this forum -
I think there should be another thread that tries to find out the "CHEATER OF THE CONTEST"
i have one to two names to point out in that. But i will not point to anyone until probably the contest ends. I dont want to get into trouble. May be the admins will not like us dictating the names before the contest ends. Not sure though. I am just waiting for the admins to post an announcement regarding this matter. I think we all should email to the admins about this regard. -
@Adithya - Please dont fight, i know youdidn't start the fight, but just dont be a part of increasing We want this place to be a nice one.
@Sundar - What kind of cheatings do you think that are going on in the forums ?
If you are talking about Marking ones post only as answer, then ill take the opportunity to clear out the doubt. The rank list that are shown in the forums are different from the one that the Rockstar considers. Even if you have 0 posts marked as answer, you still can be in the top 10 in the forums, because the admins dont consider the number of posts marked as answers. I hope its clear now. -
@Arijit - Even if you are not awarded the points, i guess you should take part in this forums whenever you get time off your internship as this forum is just not about Rockstar contest we have lot many other information here as well. You can explore them. And i am sure you will.
