why does it stop at 35% every scan

and it shows one virus as problem

never gets past 35%

why? and why would/could someone use it....since it does not work?

One Care is detecting the virus but is unable to remove it. This can happen with any antivirus application. Try scanning with One Care in Safe Mode. How to scan with One Care in Safe Mode - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925222 f scanning in Safe Mode does not remove the virus please contact support for help.
