MS Money Plus error message

This started when I downloaded banking transactions from my bank two weeks ago and it it didn't complete the process. By the program continually trying to update the accounts, Iget an error message that says Money has ecountered an error and has to shut down....I can not add any info to any section of the program and make use of the program impossible. Any suggestions on stopping the continual attempt by the program to update the accounts?

I would first replace the mnyob99.dll with the patched version. See http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/money/thread/66708dad-a8ed-4eeb-94b8-38c6ea03ca85

If the problem still occurs after that, try making a repaired version of your file with File->RepairMoneyFile->StandardFileRepair level 2
