  • If you are using Windows Live OneCare and you have been infected, but OneCare did not detect or cannot remove the malware, please contact support to report this and for help with removal.

How to reach support (FAQ) - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2

If  you are not using Windows Live OneCare, you are off topic for this forum. This is not a general forum for viruses, spyware, or Windows Help. For help with spyware issues, you may want to try the forums here:

http://aumha.net/ For help with virus removal, contact the maker of your Antivirus program.

If you are in North America, you can call 866-727-2338 for help with virus and spyware infections. See http://www.microsoft.com/protect/support/default.mspx for details. For international information, see your local subsidiary Support site.

  • How do I contact Live One support for this issue if I can't get online? Is there a phone number?

  • You are online if you just posted here. ;-)

Follow the instructions in the FAQ for support or use the phone number for PC Safety 866-727-2338  if you are in North America and the problem is an infection.

  • Ah! That clears that up. :-)

Okay, you can still try the support path explained in the FAQ. In Instant support, click Get More Help and select the option that the problem is on another PC. Sign in with the subscription LiveID and you *may* get your support options with the phone number provided.

Unofficial path - send me an email at sboots@mvps.org with a subject line including "OneCare" (to get past my spam filtering) and in the message body, tell me what country you are in, your forum nickname, and paste this link http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=3410714&SiteID=2. I am not online 24x7, so you may be waiting for a reply, but I'll do my best to hook you up with support.
