Network Drive Shows Up, But Most Folders Are Empty

Question
-
I have no clue where to post this as there isn't a forum category for posting something like this, so sorry if it's in the wrong place. We have an an Archer C3150 router and a My Passport connected as a network drive for backups. It shows up as a drive, but my computer is the only one that can't write to it. The only thing it shows is folders, most of them empty, the only exception being a few that have some JPEGs in them. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Hi,
Could you insert a screenshot in your post or share it via cloud storage (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc)?
It will be helpful for me to understand your situation correctly.
