Unfortunately, this forum is for the support of Vista Activation and Validation issues, so your question is outside our area of knowledge, but I do suggest going to Microsoft Update Solution Center at http://support.microsoft.com/ph/6527. And if the Solution Center doesn't help resolve your issue, then you can click the "Contact a Support Professional by Email, Online, or Phone." link (upper right hand corner of the solution center page) and create a (no cost) Windows Update support request, for further assistance.
