    There are only one way to do this in supported way - reinstall.

  • If you only need to change the name that shows in the URL then you can set up a DNS alias name and give that URL to the users to use to access CRM. 

    If  you want to change the Organization name associated with the database, here is a link for that

    Changing the Business Unit name is not going to change the way the URL displays.  You can setup the DNS Alias for that.

  • Depend on how deep you have gone into the wrong BU. you could actual backup the database (FC_MSCRM), restore to OtherName_MSCRM, then use Deployment Manager to disable FC organisation and import it as a new Organisation and specified the new Organsiation as OtherName. However, if you have already added AD users into the FC, then you might need do something on the OU level.
