    I am getting the message......

    1. The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\ AppPatch\Aclayer.DLL in not a Windows image. Please check this against your installation deskette.   I can't find my deskette.

    2. my PC will not let me download service pack 3

    3. I need the drivers for my CD-DVD player for it to work
