Sort data in a view in a specific order

Hi everyone,

I need to sort the data in a custom view using a custom order (not alphabetical), something like A > C > B. These values are issued from a pick list in the entity form. I haven't found a way to do that by customizing the view but I may have missed something.

Do you know a way to do this? It could be programmatically but it would be ideal if the solution is already in the CRM.

Hi Philippe,

Unfortunately that is the only way to sort in the views.

So you have 2 options. The first one lets say is A and the second one is lets say B. You selected A ascending and B ascending. This means the records will first be sorted by A ascending and in that it will be sorted by B ascending.

This scenario is not possible: A>C>B.
