Users can't connect to CRM 2013 Online through tablet apps, but Admin can...(and new tablet priv. has been updated) RRS feed

  • As admin, I have been able to install and connect to CRM 2013 Online through both the iOS and Win8 versions of the CRM 2013 app.
    I have also properly updated role privileges for the users to enable tablet use by selecting 'Use CRM for Tablets' on the various roles we use.

    When users try to connect on either the Win8 or iOS app, they receive the same message:
    You do not have sufficient permissions on the server to load the application. Please contact your administrator to update your permissions.

    I've been through all the documentation and all it says is that the role must be set, which I have already done.

    Anyone else affected by this? Please advise.
