Your Software Protection Service (sppsvc) is not running, and could not be started - (the highlighted areas above). Please open the Services Management Console, (services.msc) - look for the Software Protection service, and open its Properties.Check that the service is set to Automatic (delayed start) - if not then set it that way, and click on Start.Does it Start ok? If not, what's the EXACT error message?Does it start, and then stop again fairly quickly? If it starts, reboot, and then run another MGADiag report, and post back with the results.

You're welcome. The report looks good now :)It's easy to get talked into that sort of thing - did they also con you into switching off the Volume Shadow Copy service? - that's what enables System Restore to work, and it's too much of a good thing to croak it.If you want pretty good advice on what service you can and can't disable, look here...The important thing is to do one or two at a time, and test the effects before doing any more!
